Events 2022

Together, let's remember our true nature.
On Pause

In welcoming 2022, we have adjusted how we make offerings to move more slowly.
Public events are suspended for the time being.

Marie remains available to host private Forest Therapy Walks (in English or in French) and Yoga Classes (in English only), outdoors and online.
To request a private session for friends or family, to discuss partnerships or fundraising events, or to organize workplace wellness sessions, don't hesitate to Reach out.

Community Resources

As public events are currently on pause, we wanted to share links to communities that offer accessible and supportive virtual gatherings.

Second Heart Sangha offers virtual sessions twice weekly in the Plum Village tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh: Sundays at 6:30PM EST Sangha Meeting (community gathering including sitting meditation, reading, and deep sharing + deep listening)
Wednesdays at 7PM EST Songs of Practice (singing meditation + optional sharing time)

Also in the Plum Village Tradition, the
Kingston Sangha meetings occur every Monday at 7PM EST (community gathering including sitting meditation, rotating weekly mindfulness activity, and deep sharing + deep listening)

People from all walks of life and experience levels are welcomed to join these practices.
Move To Nature respectfully acknowledges that the land on which it operates is the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat.
Marie donates a portion of all events to Tipi Moza, a local indigenous non-profit organization that provides affordable housing to First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples.
