FAQ – Registration Pre-registration is necessary to join our classes and workshops, so don’t forget to sign up in advance!Early registration is recommended and appreciated.
All participants must read and sign our Terms and Conditions of Attendance prior to participation in a class or workshop. You will be guided through this requirement during the online registration process.
Coupon Codes & Special Discounts: To support you in taking time for self-care in nature, and to show our appreciation for the Move To Nature community, we share special class discounts for our newsletter subscribers and class attendees. When you register for an event in Eventbrite, there is a box to enter your coupon code toward the end of the registration process (just before you confirm your class reservation with payment).
FAQ – Weather Outdoor sessions are weather dependent. A few sprinkles won’t stop us from holding our events; however, severe weather would lead to class cancellation (i.e. heavy rain, thunderstorms, heat or cold weather warning). If class is cancelled due to hazardous weather conditions, you will be emailed at least 2-hours before class to inform you of the change. We will issue you a credit in the amount purchased that you could use for a future session.
FAQ – Minimum Class Size To foster safe and sustainable community experiences, we need a minimum of 5 people to register for classes. On the rare occasion that we cancel class due to low registration, we will inform you via email at least 1-hour before class and will issue you a credit in the amount purchased for a future session. We will also provide you with a 5$ Off coupon code to use on your next purchase.
FAQ – Refund Policy All participants must read and sign our FAQs & Refund Policy prior to participation in a class or workshop. You will be guided through this requirement during the online registration process.
If you are unable to attend a class, please inform us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24-hours before the class. We will issue you a credit in the amount purchased that you could use for a future session.
Due to our limited class schedule and smaller class sizes, we are unable to issue credits for late drop-outs or no shows. If you have an emergency and would like to request a refund for a late drop-out, please contact us to discuss the situation.
Purchases are non-refundable. Thanks for your understanding!

Move To Nature respectfully acknowledges that the land on which it operates is the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Huron-Wendat.
