In this practice, participants will be guided through an inclusive, all-levels yoga sequence to help stretch, strengthen and nurture the body followed by a guided meditation. Using nature as our guide and inspiration, these sessions provide our whole being with the benefits of time spent outdoors, including the possibility to sky gaze during meditation. After practice, there is the option to stay and wander the grounds or to have a socially-distanced community picnic.
All in-person sessions are capped at 9 participants to foster an intimate and meaningful community experience. All sessions are weather dependent. Local Covid-19 guidelines will apply and a health screening will be required before each practice (for the teacher and participants).
